* I would like to weave my hair, is it possible to buy hair extensions at HC - THP?

Yes, you can come to us for different types of hair extensions. In addition, all our hairpieces and hair extensions are made of real hair.

* Is it possible to put together a hairpiece yourself?

You are most welcome in the salon for this treatment, unfortunately this is not possible in the webshop. Do you want to put together a medical hairpiece? Then we will take care of all the concerns regarding the insurance application.

* Can I also bring my own bundles and laces to dye/bleach?

No, we do not dye/bleach bundles and laces from other suppliers.

* Can I return the hair bundles?

You may return the hair bundles up to 7 days after receipt.

* Do I have a warranty on the lace closures and lace frontals?

There is no guarantee on this because it is hand-knotted and can fall out faster than the back. That is why we advise you to handle it with care.

* Do you also provide Olaplex hair treatments in the salon?

Yes, you can come to us for all Olaplex treatments.

* How do I apply for medical reimbursement for my hairpiece?

If you have a referral letter from your doctor, you can come to us for an intake interview to discuss all the options without obligation. We will then take over the entire process from you.

* Do I have a guarantee on hair treatments?

You have no guarantee on her treatments. However, we do recommend that you ensure the quality of the hairpiece by having us take care of your hair weekly/monthly.

* How long can I keep my hair extensions in?

We recommend max. 3 to 4 weeks for thin hair. Max. 4 to 6 weeks for thick hair.

* Can I cancel my appointment free of charge?

It is possible to cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

* Is HC - THP accessible by public transport?

The salon can be reached by tram, get off at Heemraadsplein or the Delfshaven metro station and then walk a short distance.

* Is there parking available and do you have to pay to park at HC - THP?

There is parking, payment is required until 23:00. There is a parking garage 5 minutes walk away.
