We are known for our quality products. These are often custom made to the wishes of the customer. Before we deliver a hairpiece, it is subjected to a full inspection. After approval, the hairpiece can be delivered to the customer.

It may happen that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you can return your order up to 7 days after receipt (only the hairpieces due to hygiene).

We will accept your return if it has been received by us in good order. Please ensure that it is returned to us in its original condition with all accessories included in the packaging. The return costs are at your own expense. The costs for a registered and insured shipment are approximately €14.90. When cancelling an order, we do not give money back. You will receive a credit note. This is then valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If the product or packaging is damaged, the depreciation of the product can be charged to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
