Access to the website www.thehairprjct.com and the purchase of products and services available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the 'Terms of Service'). By using the Services, you agree to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of this website or the entire website.  

Terms of sale
By placing an order online at www.thehairprjct.com you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When you place an order, you agree that you are 18 years of age or over, that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. You must also comply with Klarna's terms and conditions.  

The Hair Project is responsible for all card transactions on our website. Card payments are processed using Mollie and all credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred using SSL to secure and encrypt all data.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund  

Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not permitted, however exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased products, we agree to exchange a purchased product for another product of equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours of registered receipt of the item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wig has been worn. All shipping, handling and transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer, therefore we recommend sending via a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. Items will not be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, cut, styled, this applies to the hair and laces or if any products have been applied to them such as glue or hair products. In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.  

Prices
The price for each product is stated in Euros (€). The price in Euros may be converted to a number of different currencies. We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of overseas products and services may fluctuate and all advertised prices are subject to such change. However, if a pricing error occurs, we will notify you of the change by email.  

Availability
THP makes every effort to update the inventory of products available for purchase. However, if for any reason this is not implemented, we will contact you immediately via email and offer you two options; wait until the product is available with an estimated delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.  

Delivery
Delivery options in the Netherlands include Express Delivery (1-2 days) and Standard Delivery (3-5 business days). International delivery options include Standard International Delivery (5-7 business days) and DHL Express (3-5 days). By using this website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating account information for accuracy and completeness.  

Complaints
If you have a complaint about THP please contact us by email at info@thehairprjct.com and we will aim to respond within 48 hours of receipt.  

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and in the event of any dispute or claim arising in connection with these terms and conditions, such dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.  

Full Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements between you and THP. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a principal of THP.
